Go Behind the Lens with Experienced Photographers

Every photographer has a different style, some may choose to focus on landscape or portrait, and some may decide to gamble with sports and action photography. Yet, no matter what, all photographers always have a “bucket list” shot or a photo they are extra proud of. So, let’s go behind the lens with experienced photographers and find out what makes their favorite personal photograph different from the rest.

This photo is my all-time favorite. I captured this while walking through Wilderness Walk in Hayward, Wisconsin. It is shot through a fence, but the quality came out great. I’ve had many people tell me it looked like a painting. Even though sports photography is my main focus, it’s still my favorite.

“This probably my favorite drone pic. It was taken just after the lights came on during the opening of Bentleyville a couple years ago. I originally went down there to get the lights as they came on, but got super lucky when an unexpected ship (which you can see under the Lift Bridge) came into Duluth just after the lights came on. Definitely a bucket list shot,” said Jagunich.

“I’m just starting to get into still photography. This is probably my favorite since taking up the hobby. I have always liked closer up and low angle photos. This one is from Gooseberry Falls. I like how the green pine needles stand out on the darker sand/gravel. I also like the mini wave that’s about to break in the background,” said Jagunich.
